This picture always makes me so emotional.
Rick was a valued teammate and a friend to the Vancouver Canucks.
He was always selfless and gave back so much to the community.
His smile could literally melt anyone’s heart and the way he played…there was just nothing like it.
Rick was just such a beautiful young man and he truly did leave us much too soon.
Keep your gloves on, Rick. You don’t have to fight anymore.
